Muller Dordrecht recognizes the importance of adhering to IMO Tier III standards to align with the latest environmental requirements and support sustainable maritime practices. By implementing these regulations, we are committed to significantly reducing nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions from our fleet, contributing to cleaner air and minimizing our ecological footprint in sensitive areas such as Emission Control Areas (ECAs).
At the moment 27% of our self propelled vessels are IMO Tier III CCRN II/EUR-stage 3. Because we will continue invest in new green ships in the future, this IMO tier III percentage will increase.

- All waste that is generated on board is handed over ashore according MARPOL regulations.

To investigate available alternative fuels, their usability and impact on company day to day operations with respect to safety, operational capabilities, and vessel maintenance.
Purpose is to identify fuels, to invest in green equipment and deactivate older equipment, which will allow Muller Dordrecht to reduce relative CO2 emission.
